PRICES

The prices validity will be comunicated and confirmed in our reply to your quotation request . Our prices will be given in EURO or in US Dollar. Generally , we do the utmost to protect our prices but they can submit modifications because of some governemental regulations or another reason beyond our control and still unknown at the moment of the publication .

SERVICES

All the services will be supplied according to our tariffs and worked out depending on the itinerary requested . Your request will be answered in 24 hours . In order to allow us to do your booking efficiently , please use our formulary " Tour booking " . To guarantee a better quality of the service too , it is preferable to book all of them with the incoming tourism service of DISCOVER MADAGASCAR. We reserve ourselves the right to change the itinerary in case of necessity and for reasons independant of our will . You will be regularly informed by email of the products or services available and of all modifications about : tariffs , schedule of transfers , airline schedules etc .... which can affect the destination .

PAYMENT

After acceptation of our offer and the relevant prices : 50% of the total cost must be paid to our Bank : ( 30 days before the arrival )

    The balance is to be paid prior the beginning of the tour .

    The non respect of that condition can result in the cancellation of all the reservations .

    RESPONSABILITIES

    We will do the utmost to give satisfaction for each requested service . But , DISCOVER MADAGASCAR which is an intermediary for airline company , hotels and others , decline all responsabilities for robbery , damages , accidents , change of program or other irregularities which happen beyond our control .

    BOOKING FEES

    If you would like that DISCOVER MADAGASCAR confirms bookings that you have done youselves with hotels , the cost will be invoiced .

    CANCELLATION FEES

    Will be invoiced for all booking made by DISCOVER MADAGASCAR and cancelled lately . Our conditions are the following :

    Cancellation :


  • - more than 30 days : handling fees per person
  • - less than 30 days : 25% of the total cost of the trip
  • - 15 days : 50 % of the total cost of the trip
  • - 07 days : 75 % of the total cost of the trip
  • - less than 02 days : 90 % of the total cost of the trip
  • - No-show : 100 % of the total cost of the trip

    Insurances

    Each passenger is recommanded to suscribe an insurance Assistance / Rapatriation ........
